The location was beautiful and picturesque, offering stunning views of the sea. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. The walking distance to downtown was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. a great place to stay in Collioure.

Having a kitchen and being able to try out some of my french (with staff who could also speak english).
I didn't realized that having a 3rd person in a 3-4 person room would cost extra. Having salt and pepper and other cooking spices in the kitchen would have been great.

The village itself is a joy; the colours amazing! Lots of famous artistd have attempted to capture these colours. The balconies of these apartments overlook the village.
Youare asked to clean the kitchen on departure (fair enough) but there's no equipment provided for this. Unlike stays in previous apartment accomodation there's no 'welcome' basket. A bar of soap and a toilet roll are all that is provided

This hotel is excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. I was impressed with the hotel's location, nestled between two large bushes, as it provided a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to the town centre. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The rooms were well-equipped and had a good shower, and some even offered a beautiful view. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying.
All was fine.

I would be hard pressed to say that there is anything that I liked best other than the view from the balcony.
Honestly, my wife and I were disappointed and I would not stay there again. We arrived at 2:00 after travelling from paris, and had to sit in the lobby for an hour wating for the reception to open up. The woman at the desk was very nice, but could have told us when we checked in that we needed to buy towels. My wife took a shower minutes before the reception closed and had she waited 15 minutes more, we would have had to wait til monday morning to get a towel. The pullout bed and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and my wife and I did not get a single good nights rest during our entire week there. And finally I was disappointed that the swimming pool was only open from 10 am til 1 pm. I really was hoping for a different experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and patient with my french-speaking. The room/furnishings were perfectly adequate, with everything you'd expect to find for this level of hotel and a particularly well-equipped kitchenette. The view from the balcony over the town and sea is fantastic and Collioure itself is beautiful and well worth a visit. I can't wait to go back there and will have no hesitations in staying at Maeva Les Balcons again.
My negative points are minor really. It was very windy when I was there and my room was at the end of the corridor near the outside door which made the door to my room rattle a bit. I would have liked a mirror near a socket so that I could dry my hair more easily and I think that considering you have to pay for the TV if your stay is longer than 6 days there should be more than just the basic 6 French channels (and 5 German ones).

The view from the terrace was breathtaking, and it was lovely to wake up to it every morning. The location was also perfect, within walking distance to shops and beaches. We loved the fact that we had a closed car park that kept our vehicle safe.
The rooms were not cleaned during our stay, and we had to ask for new towels. The road in front of the hotel was quite busy and noisy, which made it challenging to sleep well at night.

Nice staff; great location; excellent price
Looking a bit dated; some things needed for the kitchen, eg chopping board.

it was good value .it was clean.
we stayed in october, and there was no heating, so the rooms were cold as breeze blowing under patio door. the bunk beds were way too small. only suitable for a child. this should have been highlighted on website. it needs updating.

Location in the charming villlage of Collioure. The view from the room towards the sea and the village. Value for money in off-season. Nice cooking facilities. Perfect for a short stay, such a our 3 nights.
Room was very cold on arrival. Toilet was running. Not as much room space as we expected. Missed tv channels showing major sports events.

The location of the hotel was perfect for me—it was in a great spot near everything and thus close to the town centre, making it convenient for me to get around. Additionally, I appreciated how well-maintained and clean the hotel facilities were. The hotel offered parking and transportation options as well.
Can’t think of anything.

Great location near all the action! Situated between two tall bushes, you can walk to everything in the town centre. the bathroom was large and well decorated with modern amenities. Having access to a pool was a nice perk and the terrace was private with a partial view of the port.
No free on-site parking.

The apartment was located close to the town center, with beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding hills. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking Christmas dinner, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The apartment was slightly run-down, and the furniture was uncomfortable. The heating was inadequate for the winter weather, and we had to ask for extra blankets. it was an average experience, but we enjoyed the location and the Christmas festivities in the town.
